The Security Team within QRT’s Technology function is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of QRT’s systems and data. The team supports secure operations globally and collaborates closely with technology and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of security controls and operational processes.

Your Future Role within QRT

  • Manage incoming security requests and operational tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Execute day-to-day security tasks such as permission management, firewall rule updates, and access provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support identity and access management and ensure adherence to security policies.
  • Maintain and improve documentation for security operational procedures.
  • Identify and contribute to opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
  • Support continuous improvement of operational efficiency and control effectiveness.

Your Present Skillset

  • 1+ years of experience in cyber security, IT operations, or technical support.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security tools (e.g., identity providers, firewalls).
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
  • Consistent approach to following procedures and identifying improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in developing a career in cyber security operations.
