Your future role within QRT

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and robustness
• Collaborate with trading, operations, and quant teams to understand requirements and rapidly deliver internal tools and dashboards
• Develop APIs, data pipelines, and microservices to integrate with trading platforms, databases, and external market data providers
• Build rich and interactive frontends using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
• Work with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications in production
• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation
• Ensure secure handling of financial and trade data in line with industry standards.

Your present skillset

• 5+ years of full stack development experience in a production environment
• Strong backend experience with Python, Node.js, Java, or Go
• Experience designing and working with REST APIs or GraphQL
• Proficient with modern frontend frameworks: React, Vue, or Angular
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
