Join our Communications and Philanthropy team in Paris as a Communication and event Coordinator, supporting the planning and delivery of corporate events and ensuring high-quality execution across the Paris office. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver well-organised, impactful events.

Your future role at QRT: 

  • Event management
    • Manage event calendar in Paris to ensure smooth planning with other teams
    • Plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of corporate events, including internal meetings, leadership sessions, office social gatherings, philanthropic and charity events and firm-wide initiatives
    • Manage event logistics end-to-end, including venue preparation, catering, equipment, guest coordination, and vendor management
    • Ensure the smooth execution of large-scale logistical events and activities hosted in the Paris office
    • Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand event objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes
    • Maintain strong relationships with Facilities, HR, Technology, and external suppliers to ensure seamless operational delivery
  • Partners and charity events
    • Help organise key partners/universities events  
    • Develop charity events, fundraising activities to engage with our employees in Paris
  • Internal comms
    • Manage all signage in the office as well as the relation with the Art gallery providing new art piece monthly to be displayed in the office
    • Support the Communications team with event-related materials, including agendas, signage, messaging, and branded collateral
    • Assist with internal communications for upcoming events, ensuring clear and timely updates to colleagues and relevant teams
    • Uphold QRT’s brand standards across all event touchpoints, ensuring consistency in presentation and experience
    • Contribute to broader communications and office initiatives as required 

Your present skillset: 

  • 4+ years’ experience delivering events is essential, gained within business-to-business or corporate environments, including financial services or similarly regulated professional settings, with a focus on small-scale, office-based or internal events
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
  • Confident communicator, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to changing demands.
  • Fluent in English and French language skills are required
  • Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva) or event coordination platforms is beneficial but not essential
