As part of its remit, the Investor Relations team supports Risk Management and Trading in the onboarding and maintenance of the firms counterparty relationships, and we are looking for someone to join this effort in London. The ideal candidate will have relevant due diligence experience and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role will primarily focus on counterparty onboarding and due diligence.
Your future role within QRT includes:
- Onboard trading counterparties (brokers, banks, vendors), including documentation and coordination with internal teams
- Manage and respond to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and ongoing counterparty queries
- Act as a key point of contact for counterparties, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Update and maintain relevant documents related to counterparties
- Track and report onboarding and due diligence status using internal systems
- Be an advocate for the firm, offering the best service at all times
Your present skillset:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 37 years of experience in due diligence, onboarding, or counterparty management within financial services
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambitious with the right can do attitude
- Ability to deal with high volumes of work, with strong prioritization skills.
- Ability to operate in an extremely fast paced environment
