The Opportunity
As part of the Reward team you shall drive projects based on application of thorough knowledge of equity/stock based compensation. As a Manager you shall lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You shall also engage proactively with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations utilizing active listening skills to gain understanding of key customer and market issues.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
