As an Intel Analyst on the Physical Security Management team you will lead the Firms physical security intelligence program, integrating insights from various sources to provide a thorough view of the threat landscape. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive actionable decisions that enhance the safety and security of our people and operations. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teams and influence key stakeholders, making sure that our security measures are both proactive and impactful.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development of the Firms physical security intelligence program

- Integrate insights from multiple sources to assess the threat landscape

- Collaborate with various teams to enhance security measures

- Provide strategic advice to key stakeholders on security initiatives

- Drive actionable decisions that improve safety and security protocols

- Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks

- Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for action

- Foster partnerships across the security organization to achieve objectives

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 8 years of intelligence analysis experience in corporate security, SOC, law enforcement, military, or government; 3+ years leading a similar function or team

- Demonstrated success establishing collection plans, tripwire frameworks, and escalation governance

- Extensive liaison network with U.S. federal/state/local agencies and relevant global partners

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
