Full Job Description
What your days will look like:
- Provide expert advice on risk, compliance, and independence, interpreting firm policies and external regulations.
- Manage and coach junior team members to develop technical and interpersonal skills.
- Oversee and improve compliance and independence processes for operational effectiveness. Support audit tenders, client onboarding, and non-audit service assessments to ensure rule adherence.
- Lead or contribute to projects such as regulatory reporting, breach investigations, and process enhancements.
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels and the global network to foster ethical culture and continuous improvement.
The role is for you if:
- you have experience in risk management, compliance, or related disciplines; independence/conflicts knowledge is preferred.
- you have proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills with attention to detail.
- you have excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey complex information confidently.
- you have a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- you are skilled in coaching and people management, with adaptability to changing regulations.
- you possess a commercial awareness, resilience under pressure, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
