Full Job Description
What your days will look like:
- Manage a personal portfolio of the firm’s clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding fees, meticulously documenting each action in the collections system.
- Leverage technology to efficiently prioritize tasks and achieve peak performance.
- Identify payment barriers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to swiftly resolve issues according to established procedures.
- Partner with the three Receivables teams to enhance cash collection and create proactive strategies to reduce aged debt.
- Engage actively with the Cash Allocation team to facilitate the prompt and precise allocation of client payment receipts.
The role is for you if:
- you are familiar with other operational finance areas such as cash management, allocation, and accounts payable is a plus.
- you have relevant qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
