About Us
Seeking an experienced, highly motivated pension professional with strong analytical and organisational skills. The candidate will be client facing and must also have strong technical as well as written and verbal communication skills. They will need to be driven and passionate about providing a high level of service.
The candidate will be part of the More London Pensions team within People and Organisation consulting services.
What your day will look like.
- Collaborate with senior advisors to deliver innovative, multi-disciplinary solutions for complex client challenges
- Gain exposure to diverse clients, including major multinational organizations
- Apply technical skills in consulting to provide high-value retirement and pension strategies
- Work within a 200-strong national team and alongside specialists in actuarial, risk-transfer, investment, legal, and governance fields
This role is for you If
- Deliver high-quality, technically accurate client outputs while managing a portfolio and financial aspects proactively
- Build strong internal relationships, coach junior team members, and contribute to collective knowledge development
- Expand networks through regular meetings, stay current with legal and industry changes, and be open to travel commitments
- Bring a strong academic background, actuarial (IFoA) progress, and solid UK pensions experience, alongside excellent teamwork, organization, communication, self-motivation, and ability to meet tight deadlines; ideally London-based but flexible in location
