About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the legal team based in one of our state of the art facilities. As a Senior Manager, you will take a leading role within our Real Estate Legal business—driving high‑value matters, advising senior stakeholders, and shaping client strategy. You’ll oversee the successful delivery of both stand‑alone legal work and multi‑disciplinary engagements, acting as a key contact for clients and supervising and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex commercial real estate transactions across acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, and asset management.

  • Advise confidently on Landlord & Tenant matters, providing clear, commercially grounded guidance.

  • Work collaboratively across PwC’s multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, integrated client solutions.

  • Supervise, mentor and develop junior colleagues, ensuring high standards of quality and professional growth.

  • Contribute to business development through client relationship building, thought leadership, and market engagement.

  • Maintain robust risk and quality management across all matters.

Experience & Requirements

  • Strong Experience in commercial real estate.

  • Strong Landlord & Tenant expertise, with a proven record of handling complex matters.

  • Broad Real Estate experience across multiple asset classes (e.g., office, retail, logistics, residential, mixed‑use, development).

  • Experience leading and supervising junior lawyers and/or paralegals.

  • A proactive, self‑driven approach with the ability to take initiative and operate independently when required.

  • Must be qualified and experienced in England & Wales Real Estate practice
