This role is for you If

  • Seeking a technically excellent, commercially minded employment lawyer with 6+ years’ PQE as a qualified solicitor (England & Wales), and deep UK employment law expertise, including redundancy, TUPE, pay, investigations, litigation, and cross-border projects.
  • Proven experience leading employment workstreams on transactions and large-scale, multi-jurisdictional change programmes, with strong client relationship and outcome-focused advisory skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop junior team members, oversee high-quality work, and drive business development through cross-selling, networking, and thought leadership.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and project management skills, with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset for multi-disciplinary, technology-enabled environments.

What you’ll receive from us
