Job description
PwC Deals is seeking a Transaction Services Manager in Roma who will be involved in extraordinary finance activities on a large scale, supporting companies in acquisitions, sales, strategic alliances, and accessing global capital markets. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence and involves working with international clients and funds.
As a Transaction Services Manager at PwC Deals, you will support shareholders and top management of client companies and international funds in solving complex business challenges, from strategy definition to execution. In M&A operations, you'll be responsible for Financial Due Diligence, covering pre-deal potential transactions to price negotiations and post-deal phases.
The role requires strong analytical skills with at least 5 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence. You must have a master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering, solid accounting knowledge of international accounting principles (Italian GAAP and IFRS), and expertise in financial statement analysis, working capital, and net financial position.
