Our Technology Infrastructure team engineers and operates the foundational technology platforms that power all of the firms applications and businesses. Our disciplines span a broad array of technologies from datacenter infrastructure to large scale cloud services, with the shared goal of providing the most reliable, performant, modern technology platforms to improve time-to-market for our business. We also deliver end-user technology solutions to support the evolving collaboration and productivity needs of our global teams. Our team focuses on innovation and challenging the current state of our infrastructure technology in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative working environment.
What youll do
We are seeking a Mobility Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune to own and evolve Point72s modern endpoint and mobility platform. This role is heavily focused on mobility and modern device management, while also supporting Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of corporate and BYOD endpoints, ensuring a secure, seamless, and high-performing end-user experience across the firm.
Lead the end to end management of mobile and endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune and other enterprise MDM tools.
Design, deploy, and support Intune for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Windows 365 environments.
Create and manage configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and application deployments.
Implement Windows Autopilot and optimized enrollment processes to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Integrate Intune with Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Defender to enforce secure, identity based access.
Apply encryption, MFA, remote wipe, and continuous monitoring to meet security and regulatory requirements.
Deliver Tier 2/3 endpoint support, investigate complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Use PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and scripting to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Partner with support and application teams to reduce recurring issues and enhance device usability.
Oversee vendor relationships, device lifecycle, inventory, reporting, and maintain clear technical documentation.
Whats required
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with 57+ years in enterprise mobility and endpoint management.
Strong hands-on experience using Microsoft Intune in a production enterprise environment for device and application management.
Proven experience managing iOS/iPadOS, Android (corporate & BYOD), Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
Solid understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and zero trust security principles.
Experience working in hybrid Active Directory environments, including Group Policy (GPO) management.
Proficiency in PowerShell and automation engineering to improve endpoint operations and efficiency.
Ability to lead and prioritize complex troubleshooting across the organization, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long term risk mitigation.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with a strong focus on end user experience and satisfaction.
Ability to work independently or in teams, remain composed in fast paced environments, and provide on call or weekend support when required.
