The role requires a minimum of 3-4 years of experience at a leading accounting firm with specific expertise in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, and M&A within energy and natural resources sectors. Candidates must be ACA qualified with first-time passes, possess a Bachelor's Degree, and demonstrate exceptional qualitative and analytical skills with strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
