Program Description:

The Off-Cycle internship is a 6-month program beginning July through December 2025. Off-Cycle Analysts in Paris will have the opportunity to work across the Strategic Advisory Group and Restructuring & Special Situations Group:

  • Financial analysis and modeling

  • Drafting of client presentations

  • Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use

  • Conducting financial and other business related research

  • Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes

  • Assistance in the execution of transactions

  • Active involvement in client facing situations

Qualifications:

PJT Partners France seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have excellent academic, leadership and extracurricular records. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Outstanding qualitative, technical and analytical skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Aptitude to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Robust organizational and time management skills

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance

Requirements:

To be considered for the 2025 Off-Cycle Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Native French and fluent English speaker

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time university student (graduation no earlier than January 2026)

  • CV must include expected graduation month/year and grades

  • CV must be uploaded in PDF format
