This role will have significant international deal exposure in all geographies (North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Latin America and Africa) and will interact and collaborate with our colleagues in London.

A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of investment banking experience at the associate level or closely related experience
  • Meaningful M&A transaction experience, particularly on sell-side M&A
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial modeling
  • Excellent business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations
  • Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $200,000 - $250,000 per year.  Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
