This is an opportunity to work on some of the most ambitious renewable energy, construction and infrastructure projects across Ireland, collaborate with leading practitioners, and grow within a practice known for excellence and innovation.
Youll be part of our integrated Ireland Projects team, operating as a single unit across Belfast and Dublin. Working with a wide range of UK and international clients, youll gain exposure to complex and interesting work while building meaningful relationships and sectorspecific expertise.
The Opportunity
You will play a central role in the delivery of major energy, construction and infrastructure projects, advising developers, sponsors, funders and contractors across the full lifecycle of projects. The teams work spans renewable energy (including wind, solar, battery storage and system services), largescale development and campus projects, and nationally significant energy and infrastructure assets.
Working closely with colleagues across Ireland, the UK and our international network, you will support marketleading clients including EDF Renewables, NTR Plc, Energia, Brookfield, Sacyr and SUSI Partners. Youll be part of a collaborative, highperforming team led by Richard Murphy, Head of Energy (Ireland), and Ciaran McNamara, Head of Construction (Ireland), both highly regarded leaders in their fields.

- Advising on a broad range of construction, energy and infrastructure matters across renewable energy and major development projectsDrafting, negotiating and advising on key project documentation, including construction contracts, professional appointments, development agreements and related project agreementsSupporting transactions across the full project lifecycle, from development and procurement through to delivery and operationWorking closely with colleagues across construction, real estate, finance, planning and regulatory teams to deliver integrated adviceManaging matters effectively, coordinating inputs across jurisdictions and meeting client deadlinesBuilding strong client relationships, supporting business development initiatives and playing an active role in the continued growth of our Projects practiceAbout The TeamOur Ireland Projects team advises a broad range of clients, including:
