What it's about

Private Credit Portfolio Management Support role

• Work with various internal and external teams to ensure that data and systems are updated and reconciled, with high quality standards
• Reconciliation / spot check work where needed across securities, positions, trades and cash; investigating and clearing breaks
• Coordination tasks with regards to cash management
• Data management and responsibility of accuracy (instrument terms, company fundamental data, transaction data) in various systems and tools
• Involvement in client reporting (automation / production), and collaboration with marketing and product management team for reporting improvement based on clients' request
• Support on reporting for and usage of credit facilities
• Ownership (maintenance/updating) of processes and procedures
• Monitor third party providers such as fund administrators
• Coordination with investment team, closing team and system entry (WSO, eFront)
• Coordination with execution desk and portfolio management on secondary trades
• Coordination with accounting and product controlling for NAV validation and performance attribution.
• Onboarding of new programs in the various systems
• Support in operational onboarding activities for new products
• Risk management activities (cooperation with risk management team, compliance rule maintenance, etc.)

What we expect

• Degree with emphasis on Business, Finance or similar
• 2-5 years of professional work experience in operations or portfolio management
