In this role, you will work directly with the firms senior leadership on the toughest challenges to protect our competitive positioning and successfully expand our impact and footprint. WHAT YOULL DO

  • Lead and deliver high-impact strategy projects that address some of Optivers most important and ambiguous business challenges.  
  • Partner closely with the Executive Committee and senior business leaders as a trusted thought partner, providing clear, concrete insights and recommendations.  
  • Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment, momentum, and tangible outcomes across the firm. 

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience, for example, at a leading tech firm, a financial institution, a top-tier consulting firm, or a private equity firm.  
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills; capable of thinking strategically while paying attention to detail.  
  • Excellent project management skills.  
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.  
  • Experience in performing data-driven analyses.  
  • Strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility.  
  • Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude to achieve results.  
  • Ability to quickly grasp new topics and make them their own.  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convert complex issues into succinct insights.
