THE PRACTICE

Oliver Wymans Private Equity team in North America are looking to hire consultants to support its

rapid growth. The team works with private equity investors throughout the deal transaction

lifecycle: from opportunity identification through due diligence and post-transaction value

The Role and Responsibilities

We are not typical management consultants. We provide industry- and discipline-specific

knowledge and expertise, which amplifies our impact and helps us shape the future for our clients.

The team are looking for experienced professionals who are already working in or are interested in

focusing on one or a subset of various industries, serving private equity clients. These industries

include: FinTech, Aerospace & Defense and Education.

following:

  • Professional working experience with experience or exposure to commercial due diligence in a management consulting firm.
  • Individuals who have worked across or within industries within Private Equity.
  • Knowledge and in-depth experience with customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
  • A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
  • Fluent in English.
  • An undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.
  • Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the
  • ones youve already got to good use.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $195,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
