We are looking for a Head of Business Banking unit to lead the Corporate bank of Hme ja Pirkanmaa. This is a full-time and permanent position located in Tampere.

 

About our team

 

Our role is to help our customers to grow and develop their business, find new ways for customers to get things done and ensure they are ready for better and worse. You will be leading a team of 3 senior relationship managers and 4 relationship managers. They are located in Tampere and Hmeenlinna. 

 

You as the Leader, play a key role in developing and supporting your team members to reach their aspirations and unleash their full potential.

What youll be doing

 

Main responsibilities in this role: 

  • Lead your team to be the top-of-the-class Business Partners
  • Lead the strong growth of the business with existing and new customer relationships
  • Coaching your team and individual team members to perform at their best in all customer encounters across different channels and leading efficiency related to activities
  • Communicating Nordeas vision, strategy and values linked to day-to-day operational targets
  • Securing quality & compliance related targets by systematic day-to-day leadership in accordance with customer and employee satisfaction

 

Who you are

  • Are goal-oriented and enjoy reaching ambitious targets
  • Have strong communication and people skills, have the ability to inspire, motivate and engage
  • You are willing to build a strong network both outside of the bank and also inside. 
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, changing environment with demanding customers

 

Your background and skills include:

  • Prior experience and solid track record of  a leader position or you have corresponding experience from coaching or training others
  • Strong understanding of Corporate customers
  • Fluent in Finnish and sufficient skills in English, both written and verbal. Swedish is considered to be an advantage for you.
  • Relevant Masters or Bachelors Degree

 

It would be ideal if you also:

  • Are interested developing yourself and processes together with team members
  • Are excited to learn and utilize new tools and technics like AI 
  • Are a driver and passionate for serving our customers in new ways
  • See challenges as an opportunity to learn, develop and go forward
