Are you a talented digital analyst seeking an exciting Nordic opportunity? As a Digital Analyst, you will develop and support the business by providing insights into the success of digital sales and marketing, and play a crucial role in the unfolding of our ambitious digital customer acquisition strategy. In this role, you will work closely with your team and internal stakeholders in Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Your responsibilities will include analysing and optimizing digital traffic, journeys, sales and behaviour as well as providing reporting to support the business. Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer and your passion for utilizing analytics to develop the business will ensure your success in this role.
The Nordic Digital Customer Acquisition team has team members in all Nordic locations such as Helsinki, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo, and therefore you can have your workplace in any of these locations.
What youll be doing
- Analysis and optimization of traffic, conversions, customer journeys and sales
- Work together with content managers as well as Marketing automation specialists to optimise the customer journeys
- Develop and maintain reporting to stakeholders and management
- Data management and analysis to support the business
Who you are
Your background and skills include:
- Experience from a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Excellent in communicating, visualising and presenting your results and analytics assignments
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
