The role requires strong financial modeling skills, ability to manage transaction processes, and deep understanding of investment banking dynamics.
Primary responsibilities include executing M&A processes, managing transaction workflows, coordinating with global teams across different geographies and sectors, conducting financial modeling and strategic analysis, and supporting senior bankers in client engagement and deal execution.
Candidates must have proven M&A experience, exceptional financial modeling skills, strong analytical capabilities, ability to work independently and collaboratively, excellent communication skills in German and English, and demonstrated experience in investment banking advisory, including sell-side and buy-side transactions.
Nomura offers a dynamic work environment with exposure to high-profile corporate and private equity clients, opportunities to work on diverse transaction types, cross-border deal experience, and potential for significant professional growth within a global investment banking platform.
