Job description
NielsenIQ seeks an experienced Analytic Consultant to join their Customer Success team in Frankfurt/Hamburg. The role involves managing customer relationships, conducting strategic analyses, and driving business growth by leveraging comprehensive consumer intelligence and market research insights.
As a (Senior) Analytic Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong customer partnerships, managing complex projects, and proactively positioning NielsenIQ's product portfolio. Your primary duties include developing high customer satisfaction, achieving client engagement, and supporting strategic business initiatives.
Candidates must have 3-6 years of professional experience in market research, marketing, sales, or consulting. Strong analytical skills, the ability to create complex data analyses, and excellent communication skills in German and English are essential. Experience in FMCG and consumer/trade panels is advantageous. You should be capable of working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
