You are joining the Legal team as a Senior Real Estate Transactions Lawyer.
On a daily basis, your main tasks are to:
Advise and assist operational teams in the context of real estate transactions (acquisitions/disposals of assets or portfolios, monitoring data rooms, negotiation and validation of legal documents, coordination of external advice);
- Advise and assist operational teams in the management of real estate assets (analysis and monitoring of contracts, support for construction operations, negotiation and drafting of real estate contracts);
- Carry out legal monitoring on matters affecting the activity (commercial leases, contract law, company law, construction law, urban planning law, etc.);
- Actively participate in the various negotiation meetings in French and English;
- Define action plans for legal risk management.
As a Senior Real Estate Transactions Lawyer, you participate in the pro-activity and the "business" and operational orientation of the legal activity, within a Legal Department in close collaboration with the Investment Department, the Funds Directorate and the Asset Management Directorate.
