You join the Oversight & Controls department within the Chief Operating Office CIB of Natixis as Manager of the CIB Business Continuity plan team in charge of developing and maintaining in operational condition the CIB’s business continuity plan in France and on the international platforms and of the management and preparation of crisis response strategies.
On a daily basis, your missions are to:
- Lead the development and maintenance of the business continuity plan in France and internationally: management of annual risk and impact identification exercises (BIAs) and validation by the businesses;
- Implement business continuity solutions and organize the associated tests: cross-backup strategies, adequacy of crisis responses, management of test planning and actions;
- Coordinate crisis preparedness and response: organization of crisis management (governance, roles) and effective communication with the business lines;
- Continuously test and improve the device in compliance with regulatory requirements: deployment of processes, regular checks, scenario testing and crisis management;
- Ensure the articulation with LOD2 (Central Continuity) and the group: implementation of standards and coordination with LOD2;
- Raise awareness and train stakeholders, by animating the community of BCP correspondents in France and internationally.
