Job Description
You join the Human Resources Directorate from Natixis, as International Mobility Manager. Reporting to the International Compensation & Mobility Director, you will be responsible for managing International Mobility for the Natixis and BPCE perimeters, supported by a team of 3 people. You will be responsible for ensuring the adequacy of the proposed systems, operational excellence, and support for employees on international mobility.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
Mobility policy: Propose, deploy and manage the international mobility support policy for Natixis and BPCEs businesses, in alignment with business and HR objectives.
Operational management: Supervise international mobility processes, including expatriation, secondment, locations and international assignments (short-term assignment). Build the expatriation packages including the remuneration dimension in coordination with the Compensation teams. Manage and advise on labor law, international taxation, social security, international health insurance, immigration regulations and work permits.
Risk Management: Identify, assess and implement actions to mitigate the risks associated with international mobility (fiscal, legal, social, security).
Service provider and partner relationships: Manage and optimize the relationship with our external service providers (tax law firms, movers, insurers, immigration service providers, etc.)
Supporting employees: Provide support to employees and their families during their mobility journeys, ensuring a positive and smooth experience.
Team management: Supervise and develop a team of 3 employees by fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Coordination of the internal HR International Mobility network : ensure the animation of HR teams in international platforms in the expatriation dimension: advice, training, regular follow-up, arbitrations, ...
Data Quality and Continuous Process Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to international mobility processes, tools and policies to increase efficiency and service quality. Ensure the reporting of international mobility staff.
