Job Description


You join the Financial Security team (5 people) within the Compliance Department (15 people) of Natixis Wealth Management. The compliance officer in Financial Security prevents non-compliance risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing, international sanctions embargoes and KYC (Know Your Customer – Customer Knowledge). He contributes to the Natixis Wealth Management (NWM) Financial Security system and ensures compliance with dedicated regulations.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

  • Participate in the customer knowledge system (KYC) by formulating opinions before entering into a relationship on prospects, then in the relationship and review of the most sensitive customer files, as well as on PPE, customers located in sensitive countries and those exposed to corruption;
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and the risk appetite policy by issuing financial security opinions on several themes (credit, operations with sensitive countries, new products/activities, customer invitations, sponsorship...) and intended for several departments (Commercial Department, Operations/middle office, Offer Department, Communication Department, Legal Department...);
  • Detect suspicious transactions during the monitoring of customer operations and, if applicable, establish suspicious transaction reports as well as analyze judicial requisitions and manage communication rights with TRACFIN;
  • Participate in compliance with sanctions and embargoes by processing alerts on the client base and operations, as well as projects to adapt the NWM system and information systems to regulatory developments, notably the AML Package;
  • Draft procedures and operating modes in accordance with the requirements of Groupe BPCE and Natixis as well as the new upcoming regulations, participate in the deployment of training on financial security, contribute to the mapping of risks of non-compliance and to group and regulatory reporting (QLB, RACI, etc.).
