The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in financial institutions, strong corporate credit analysis skills, in-depth knowledge of technology lending markets, and proven ability to manage complex credit portfolios. Essential requirements include a bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, and expertise in credit risk management.
