Job description
An opportunity to join MUFG's IT Financial Management team as an Administrative Assistant, supporting critical operational functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently in a dynamic financial technology environment.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the IT Financial Management team, managing complex scheduling, preparing detailed reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate filing systems. Handle confidential documents and communications with professionalism and discretion.
Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and demonstrated experience in an administrative or support role within a financial services or technology environment.
