The Real Asset Data Analyst role is associated with the MSCI Real Assets Data teamYour Key Responsibilities
Working as a part of growing team of real estate performance analyst who provide real estate property indexes, benchmarks, performance analysis reports,and custom/ bespoke analysis to global real estate asset managers and asset ownersTracking and monitring various news sources and third party data providers for commercial Real Estate transactionsManage a portfolio or clients and / or fundsAddress client queries related to funds, analyze and amend in accrodance with data methodologiesProvide bespoke analysis if/ when requested by the clientsBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal and local market teamsParticipate and deliver on the assigned projects as per milestoneDrive efficiency by getting involved in Process improvement initiativesApply problem solving skills to identify innovative work- flow efficiencies and enhance processesAbility to use AI tools to help in better execution of responsibilitiesYour skills and experience that will help you excel
Fundamental knowledge in accunting and finance is mandatoryWorking knowlegde of MS Excel skills( required) and knowlegde of VBA/ Python skills( desirable)Fluency in any foreign language is a plus desired experience0-4 years of work experience in financial services desired qualificationsBachelors in any Finance or Engineering- related discipline are required; a management degree is a plusAbout MSCI
