Your Team Responsibilities

The Client Service Senior Associate provides advanced product support to clients and prospects, serving as a key resource for complex inquiries. Through extensive experience with MSCIs Private Assets solutions, this individual applies deep product and investment knowledge while strengthening client relationships and delivering high-quality service.

This role focuses on the Private i product, MSCIs Private Assets investment analytics platform, which equips clients with clear, actionable insights to manage private investments and their liquidity with confidence. The platform unifies and enhances extensive private asset datasets in a centralized environment, enabling efficient access to critical information. Clients can clearly assess the performance of individual funds or entire portfolios, evaluate risk across sectors or regions, and benchmark portfolio performance against one of the industrys most comprehensive private capital datasets available.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the Private i platform, as well as the rest of the MSCI Private Assets product suite, and how our products fit into client organizations and their processes
  • Serve as an advocate for MSCI to the client, as well as an advocate for the client within MSCI
  • Provide first-tier product support, addressing product-related inquiries from clients
  • Participate in developing client relationships through proactive follow up on issues raised by clients
  • Support consultants calls and lead platform training sessions
  • Coordinate with teams internally to help shape the product roadmap, validate platform behavior, and on other projects as needed

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • A self-starter and highly motivated, ability to work individually and within a team.
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or similar field
  • 6-8 years experience in Financial Services.
  • Excellent English communication and written skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight, short-term deadlines.
  • Track record of excelling in an environment of ambiguity by quickly adapting behavior and work methods to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
  • Portfolio analysis, performance measurement, or domain expertise in investment analytics a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently with diverse cultures on a global team and knowing when to involve appropriate colleagues in projects regardless of functional, geographic, and business lines.
  • Ability to develop value-added contributions to both internal and external clients.
  • Track record of challenging self and others to anticipate future trends and creatively capitalize on opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of international financial institutions and global financial markets.
  • MBA, CFA, CAIA, CIPM, or FRM desired
