About the Role
Morningstars Investment Management Europe is seeking an outstanding Investment Operations Analyst to join our Investment Management Reporting Team. We are looking for an assertive, detail-oriented, self-starter who can work effectively in a highly collaborative team setting. In this role you will support the day-to-day investment reporting tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent organisational and time management skills, strong analytical capabilities, the ability to multi-task in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment and thrive in reporting, documenting, and improving processes. This position is based in our London office.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the production of daily, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting, including but not limited to Factsheets, Portfolio Progress Reports, Commentaries, Portfolios Change Rationale documents and Sustainability Reports.
- Upload reports and documents to the Adviser Hub and Client SharePoint
- Update models, maintain and run performance and contribution reports in Morningstar Direct
- Support the onboarding process for new clients from reporting perspective
- Work closely with various internal teams to ensure excellent service offering
- Continually review and improve operational processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency
- Maintenance of procedure documentation
- Support the Investment Operations Managers on day-to-day matters and ad hoc projects
Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience
- Sound understanding of the UK investment and platform industry
- Experience working in an Investment Operations or a Client Reporting role
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is a must have skill
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Logical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and deliver required output on time
- A dynamic, proactive team player with a positive attitude and a passion for the financial services Industry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel macros
- Knowledge and experience on Morningstar Direct and Morningstar Publishing System would be highly desirable
- Experience with AIdriven tools for process automation would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Base Salary Compensation Range
GBP 30.330,00-40.176,66Bonus Target:
5% AnnualWe expect the compensation and target bonus for this role to fall within the stated range. The specific compensation offered will depend on the candidates qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
