IBD & GCM Technology, a part of the wider IST Division, focuses on supporting the complex and evolving needs of two of the firm's most prestigious and market leading businesses, Investment Banking & Global Capital Markets. Our group partners closely, at all levels within the business, to provide a wide variety of technology solutions including the management of highly sensitive data, content creation, real time electronic trading and data modeling. What you'll do in the role:

  • Coordinate cross fleet program management activities such as Quarterly Reporting, Incremental Business Reviews, and tracking of progress of all initiatives

  • Work directly with the super department chief of staff to ensure the department is meeting their budget, managing their resource headcount, and tracking any workforce strategy changes

What you'll bring to the role:

  • At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

  • Experience in executing IT program management initiatives

  • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to technology and business leadership.

  • Advanced understanding of functional area and competent understanding of competitive environment.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
