We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Python Developer in Operations Technology to focus on building scalable data solutions and supporting reconciliation workflows in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills, hands-on experience with Informatica, and working knowledge of Snowflake and scripting (e.g., Shell, Bash, or PowerShell). Familiarity with Intellimatch and prior experience in the reconciliation (recon) space are considered added advantages.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications and microservices.

  • Build and optimize ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter or similar tools.

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations with Snowflake.

  • Write and maintain scripts for automation and operational support.

  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Support reconciliation processes and workflows, particularly in environments using Intellimatch.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.


What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.

  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.

  • Experience with Informatica for data integration and transformation.

  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake data platform.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Bash, PowerShell).

  • Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
