Full Job Description
The Non-Financial Risk Assessment (NFRA) team is responsible for designing,
implementing, and maintaining the Firm's framework for identifying, assessing, and
managing non-financial risks. In the Audit division, we provide senior management with
an objective and independent assessment of the Firms internal control environment.
The NFRA team ensures robust controls are in place to protect the firm's reputation and
clients by partnering closely with business units, technology, and risk functions to drive
a culture of risk awareness.

middle, and back-office functions.
What youll do in the role:
NFRA Program Leadership: Facilitate the execution of the firms NFRA program,
working with 1st and 2nd line of defense teams to ensure consistent compliance
with minimum standards.
Risk Identification & Audit: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and
document non-financial risks, ensuring exposures are understood and
appropriately managed within the audit framework.
Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution: Conduct independent quality reviews of
risk assessments and controls; partner with stakeholders to drive timely
remediation of thematic issues.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze risk and control data to identify trends and
gaps. Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management and
governance forums.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a subject matter expert, maintaining stron
relationships with functional lines, technology, and risk counterpart
(Operational, Compliance, and Financial Crimes).
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to strengthen the contro
environment leveraging data analytics and industry best practices.
What youll bring to the role:
Experience: At least 4 years of relevant financial services experience (Big 4 or
Risk Consulting experience is highly valued).
specifically regarding Operational, Compliance, and Financial Crimes Risk.
Risk Expertise: Hands-on experience with enterprise risk programs, including
risk, process, and control assessment (RCSA) and validation.
Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; ability to deconstruct
large data sets and associate queries to find actionable insights.
Communication: Ability to tailor complex technical risk findings to both
technical and non-technical audiences.
Education & Certification: An undergraduate degree (B.A., B.S., or equivalent) is
required. Possession of (or ability to attain) the Series 99 license is preferred.
Mindset: A highly motivated self-starter who can prioritize in a fast-paced
environment and work independently within a global program.
