Were seeking someone to join our team as a Regulatory Capital Internal Reporting Associate to work in our Finance Division.


In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis, and advisory services of the Firms financial and capital resources. This is an Associate position within our Corporate Controllers, Reporting & Accounting Job Family which is responsible for the accuracy and control of the Firms books and records to produce the consolidated firm, segment and legal entities financial statements, including development, management and oversight of financial accounting & reporting systems as well as database management, including capital and liquidity reporting and external reporting functions.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Primary Focus is on Capital calculation, Business Unit allocation and management reporting. Supporting the return metrics and budgeting.

  • Support the timely and accurate production of weekly, monthly, and quarterly regulatory capital reports in accordance with internal controls and governance standards.

  • Perform data validation, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy of reported capital metrics.

  • Assist with regulatory change implementation, including process documentation, testing, and impact analysis.

  • Engage with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Technology to resolve data issues and support reporting objectives.

  • Prepare standardized and adhoc analyses to support internal reporting requests, escalating issues as appropriate.

  • Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives, including participation in workflow enhancements and data quality improvements.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • A bachelors or masters degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field, and the ability to work full time.

  • 2 years of minimum relevant experience in Finance, Risk, Accounting, Business Analysis, or related areas; prior exposure to the financial services industry is an advantage.

  • A foundational understanding of regulatory reporting concepts; familiarity with Basel regulations is considered a plus but not required.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint; exposure to workflow or automation tools such as Alteryx is a plus.

  • A collaborative, teamoriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a structured, global environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
