Were seeking someone to join our team as a Manamegent Reporting Controller.

The team is responsible for controlling and reporting on the Business Units revenues and expenses, designing and developing management reports to evaluate business performance and support strategic decisions.

Besides the classic reporting activities, we are involved in process migrations, system developments and digital automation projects. The Budapest team collaborates closely with several internal client groups across the globe, supporting the firms various business units.

Our Budapest office is the center of excellence for management reporting. We are best positioned to find synergies and streamline processes globally, across several internal client groups.

What you'll do in the role:
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of daily, weekly and monthly management reporting of the business units revenues, expenses, and other performance metrics.
Develop an understanding of Morgan Stanley's product lines and structure in order to answer ad-hoc queries.
Reconcile source systems to reporting tools, isolate variances, research, and validate trades.
Support the transition to new reporting tools and the application of technical enhancements.

What you'll bring to the role:

Bachelor's or Masters degree or equivalent

Approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Curiosity in finding the important details in large datasets
General understanding of and interest in the financial markets and products
