Finance Analyst

We're seeking someone to join our team as an Analyst.

This is an Analyst level position within our Corporate Controllers, Reporting & Accounting Job Family which is responsible for the accuracy and control of the Firms books and records to produce the consolidated firm, segment and legal entities financial statements, including development, management and oversight of financial accounting & reporting systems as well as database management, including capital and liquidity reporting and external reporting functions.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources.

What you'll do in the role:
> Perform accounting and reporting tasks associated with employee compensation (Firm's largest P&L line)
> Undertake financial analysis of data in accordance with key SOX control requirements
> Reconcile and substantiate general ledger expense and balance sheet accounts
> Prepare insightful analysis for other groups including HR, Tax and other teams across Finance
> Participate in system enhancements and UAT testing
> Adhere to, and where possible, enhance process documentation and the control environment
> Identify and implement process efficiencies
> Respond to and interact with key stakeholders including HR, IT, other Finance teams, Tax, Audit
> Represent the function in wider office committees
> Undertake other ad hoc tasks as required You have:
> Strong communication skills; clear, concise, and appropriate method of delivery
> Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
> Ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively
> Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines
> Problem solving skills and initiative
> An interest in completing a professional accounting qualification
