Full Job Description

Key leadership position for Asia Equity Support. This role has senior support coverage for overall Equity support across Algo, MSET, Deriv and Core trading, working with senior leaders on strategies to improve stability for the Equities platform

Responsibility includes;

  • Solving problems with devOps and Integration skills
  • Managing major incidents and projects.
  • Covering IED support escalation, facing off senior stakeholders from various departments/functions including IED, Tech, Ops, Compliance, Risk.

Preferred Experience;

  • Experience in real-time trading platform support, have hands-on DevOps and Integration knowledge in problem solving.
  • Proven ability in incident, change and problem management.
  • Experience in managing major incidents.
  • Experience in managing teams across multiple locations.
  • Good communication skill, experience in working with both Tech and Business stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing Tech projects for stability.
