Automation Testing - Director - QA Engineering

We’re seeking someone to join our PWM Asia & Australia tech as QA Engineer ,The candidate is expected to contribute to the build out of test suites for the project.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.

This is a QA Engineering position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible in test (SDET) to work in an Agile development team.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • The candidate is expected to contribute to the build out of test suites for the project.

  • Candidate should be able to able to collaborate with developers and product owners to drive QA agenda & standards

  • The candidate will work on a global team, with concentration in Hong Kong and India.

  • The role offers opportunity to become a well-rounded technologist, learn the business and a breadth of technologies.

  • Work with small, full-stack feature teams to deliver complete components for broader platform integration.

  • Communicate ideas, drive user demos, and work with business stakeholders to iterate development lifecycle.

  • Create & Update E2E test suites for Apps developed as Micro front ends A successful candidate will possess:

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Must have hands-on experience in automation using Java, SQL

  • Working knowledge of DevOps Principles and Practices (CI, CD, Continuous Testing, etc.)

  • Experience in BDD and Frameworks like Selenium, Cypress and Playwright, REST Assured, Cucumber

  • Experience with troubleshooting web applications, REST APIs, SQLs

  • Working knowledge of tool and technologies like Jenkins, GIT, JIRA

  • Professional, precise communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Unix, Database
