Full Job Description

We are looking for a high-potential, quantitative-minded individual to join our Equity Derivatives trading desk as a Junior Trader. In this role, you will support senior traders in product pricing, market making, and risk management. You will work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, gaining exposure to full trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in equity derivative product pricing, market making, modelling, and process development for business
  • Assist in trade processing, risk analysis, and product life cycle management
  • Liaise with middle-office, back-office and technology teams to ensure accurate trade booking, settlement, and technical stability of systems
  • Work effectively, independently and as a highly collaborative teammate across the wider derivative business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or above preferably with major in Mathematics/Science/ Economics/Finance
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience in finance industry
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Python, VBA preferred
  • Mandarin speaking skill is preferred
