Morgan Stanley's Off-Cycle Internship in Paris offers an opportunity to work in the Institutional Equity Division's Business Control Unit. Interns will support non-financial risk management, gain hands-on experience in operational risk, and work alongside experienced professionals in a global financial services environment.
Primary responsibilities include supporting operational risk management activities such as Risk and Control Self Assessments, monitoring incident reporting, establishing controls for fraud and conduct risk management, facilitating New Product Approval processes, and supporting electronic trading risk management.
Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, numerical proficiency, ability to perform under pressure, excellent teamwork capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards. Academic excellence, English fluency, and a bachelor's degree are required.
