Job description
Morgan Stanley is seeking Chartered Accountancy trainees for an Industrial Training Program in Finance. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, analysis, and global business operations, with opportunities to develop critical professional skills in a leading financial services environment.
Primary responsibilities include developing an understanding of Morgan Stanley's businesses and product lines, producing financial analysis and reconciliation reports, understanding reporting systems, contributing to the firm's control environment, providing regulatory and financial reporting to global stakeholders, and resolving trade breaks and related adjustments.
Required experience includes pursuing Chartered Accountancy (IPCC Clear-Both Groups), possessing a good academic background, having excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrating strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), and exhibiting strong communication abilities. Candidates should be eager to learn and develop analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills needed for a career in finance.
