Index Research Analyst as part of a collaborative team, with a focus on index rebalancing.
Preferred Location
Open to candidates in Europe, London preferred.
Principal Responsibilities
Working alongside the trading and research team with a focus on US, EMEA and Asia Indices.
Performing primary research from company reports and research shareholding structure to build accurate predictions of index events.
Identifying signals and generating ideas to contribute to the overall team strategy.
Interpreting index methodologies.
Preferred Technical Skills
Strong research and programming skills
High attention to detail.
Experience in Excel, Python and SQL
Preferred Experience
2-5 years of experience as a Researcher or Quantitative Researcher in an Index Rebalancing environment
Demonstrated track record of working with filings and key information documents on global companies.
Demonstrated understanding of equity index methodologies.
