The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Sales Associate to join our U.S. Offshore and Latin America distribution team. This entry-level position is ideal for earlycareer professionals with 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in asset management, wealth management, or financial services. Based in Miami, the role offers excellent exposure to crossborder sales, distribution strategy, and client engagement across multiple Latin American markets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Respond to inquiries from financial advisors, distributors, and wealth management partners.
- Schedule and coordinate client calls, webinars, and inperson events.
- Manage and update CRM entries to maintain accurate client and pipeline data.
Business Development & Research
- Conduct market and competitor research to support sales strategies.
- Help identify and qualify new leads and business opportunities.
- Provide weekly and monthly activity reporting for internal stakeholders.
Sales Support & Execution
- Assist senior sales managers with coverage across U.S. Offshore and LATAM channels.
- Prepare product presentations, sales decks, performance updates, and marketing materials.
- Maintain sales pipeline reports and ensure timely followup on client requests.
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Compliance teams on client requests.
- Support onboarding and duediligence processes for new distributor accounts.
- Assist with regional campaign launches and product communications.
Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales support, client services, or distribution roles.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- FINRA Series 7 or Series 63 is required, or must be obtained within the first 3 months of employment.
- Experience in asset management or wealth management.
- Familiarity with investment products such as mutual funds, ETFs, and model portfolios.
- Experience working with U.S. Offshore or LATAMfocused teams.
- Strong clientservice orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn from senior team members.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced, multinational environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

Salary Range
The referenced salary range represents the pay scale on offer for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skills appropriate for the advertised position. Additionally, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, and benefits including health care, retirement and wellbeing benefits.
