Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM-related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: steel operations, or steel-related applied research with field experience in metallurgical production
- Excellent knowledge of contemporary technologies of steel and steel product making
- In-depth understanding of the development trends in the industry is an advantage
- Demonstrated attitude for analytics
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Access or statistical/database experience a plus
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Comfort and experience presenting to small groups
- Fluent/Native German and English language essential with the skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
