As a Software Delivery Specialist within USG Analytics, you will deliver AI-enabled software solutions for U.S. government clients, combining engineering rigor, product thinking, and AI. Your qualifications and skills
- 5-10 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, or full-stack development
- Experience deploying applications in cloud-native environments
- Experience building within complex, highly regulated environments preferred but not required
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript)
- Experience building or integrating, LLM-based systems, Agentic frameworks (e.g., orchestration layers, tool use, memory management), RAG pipelines and vector databases
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and modern DevOps practices
- Understanding of secure system design and compliance considerations
- Systems thinker who can connect user needs to architecture
