As Senior Office Services Coordinator in the Toronto Office Services Team, you will manage building operations to ensure a fully operational, clean, safe, and secure environment. You will direct the day-to-day activities of the cleaning team, manage contractor relationships, oversee large-scale facilities projects, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security requirements in line with Ontario regulations and firm standards. You will coordinate contractor and vendor management, schedule maintenance across trades, and oversee office repairs and security systems while supporting cross-functional initiatives and the Office Services Team Leader.

Your qualifications and skills
- 1-3 years of building management, hospitality, corporate and/or professional services experience
- Vendor and Contractor Relationship management experience as well as project management and execution experience
- Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
- Proficient in rational decision making and problem solving based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
- Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs
- Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
- Ability to work independently and entrepreneurially, managing and prioritizing deadlines effectively
- Ability to influence and direct colleagues, and manage the needs of different stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives across different formats
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and Firm-related tools (Box, Slack)
- Proficiency and fluency in verbal and written English
- This is an in-office role M-F. Flexibility to work overtime is occasionally required and a valid Canadian work permit is required
