As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will be part of client consulting teams focusing on health system governance, financing and provision, bringing in healthcare expertise and tools. You will work closely with healthcare clients in the Kingdom from sectors such as public bodies, health insurers, or providers, leveraging your project management and stakeholder communication skills. You will collaborate with our experts and data scientist colleagues, and our consulting teams to prepare and execute client work, while supporting the development and maintenance of proprietary knowledge capabilities. You will join McKinsey's global Client Capability Network, comprising over 8,000 colleagues, with a focus on health systems within the SHaPE Practice.

Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelors or Masters in Medicine, Public Health, Health Economics, or an associated field
- 4+ years of professional experience in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare bodies, healthcare delivery, payers and insurers, bilateral organizations, academia or consulting), preferably in the Middle East
- Solid understanding and application of the following areas: Health system financing, public governance, quality and access, public health, digital health and analytics
- Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in analytical and quantitative areas
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; additional data analytics and visualization is a plus (e.g. PowerBI, SQL, Tableau, Python)
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to continuously improve the status quo and drive this independently
- Willingness and ability to travel to client and McKinsey locations within and outside the country
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
